In the Nation’s Capital, Art Enables creates the opportunity for visual artists with disabilities to make and market their honest and compelling work.

What We Do
and Why it Matters

Art Enables is an art gallery and employment program for artists with disabilities. Our artists exhibit and sell their work in our gallery in Washington, DC, in other venues, and online. They tell their stories through their artwork and find an appreciative audience. They earn money, pride, accomplishment, and validation.
